Taku Inoue ”Contract point explanation seminar for open innovation of business companies and startups that do not fail”, hosted by JPO Open Innovation Promotion Project Team
The JPO is working on activities to further disseminate and establish the “model contract ” created with the aim of deepening the understanding of points to keep in mind when negotiating contracts, in order to promote cooperation between startups and business companies. Nomura Research Institute, Ltd. is entrusted with a support project for this activity, and as part of that, we will hold an online commentary seminar on model contracts (new materials, AI).
